Dear Prof Eichen:
I can recommend a database that contains a large number of pKas: the
LOGKOW Database. This database contains octanol-water partition
coefficients for over 20,000 chemicals. PKas are provided for the acidic
compounds. The data is fully referenced.
Please see the TDS Web Site for additional information. I will be in
Israel for about a week starting November 23 and would be pleased to
discuss this database further.
