Hello Martin,

You may try dry column chromatography to do the job; it's quite economical
in time and materials, it does not require much experience to carry it out,
and probably the best, if unsuccessful you easily recover your stuff. With
the polar solvents you probably need for the mentioned compounds, ordinary
preparative columns of both alumina and silica get inactivated and also get
slightly dissolved. With the dry column technique you don't desorb your
compounds in a lengthy eluting operation, but you cut the enriched sections
and recover your compounds from the cuttings.
