I don't.
As I see it, we need lab note books for two purposes:
To share past and present results with others inside our organisation
and
to have written, dated, and winessed records, that will stand in
court.
On way to go is to write everything down in lab books for safe
keeping, and to scan in every page for distrubution and reference
within the organisation. Then you get the best of two worlds.
