Hello everyone:

when i want to add PH2CH2OCH2CI to carbonyl, i need anhydrous Lithium bromide.

however the commercialy product has so many water, i have used the method of

Org. Syn. Vol,VI,p776, but indeed it was not worked. i want to ask if someone

can help me on either obtaining anhydrous Lithium bromide or other methods of

adding the PH2CH2OCH2Cl to carbonyl.
