Hello Chen (or is it Yantao?),
There's a lot of information on secondary and tertiary structure of
proteins, hydrogen bonding, hydrophilic and hydrophobic interactions, ionic
interactions (e.g., isoelectric points). Pick up a good book on
biochemistry (with literature references) and you'll have a nice weekend
perusing it.
