I am interested in reviewing IR and NMR spectra of dehydroascorbic acid in
solution at various pH's. I am particularly interested in the changes
that take place in the various spectra as DHA is hydrolyzed to
diketogulonic acid.
Does anyone have any comments on this topic, or can they suggest a good
source(s) for review?
