In IUPAC the current preferred name is I think:
(3S,3aR,4R,7S,7aS)-7a-chloro-3a,4,7,7a-tetrahydro-3-hydroxymethyl-4,7-methano-
-2-benzofuran-1(3H)-one (where the Rs, Ss and H are italic)
If the racemate is implied then the stereochemistry should be
(3RS,3aSR,4SR,7RS,7aRS)-
