hello,

i m thing of trying to do a very strange reaction but i don t know if it
is possible and if yes, under which conditons. the reaction is:

1,2,3-trichloropropane + 3 sodium chlorate  --->
 Cl-CH2-CHCl-CH2-CL         NaClO3

                              3 NaCl + 1,2,3-trichlorate propane

is this possible and if yes under which conditions (pH, temperature,
pression ,...)
