Propylene oxide also polymerizes when contacted with bases or acids. I
would also be concerned with problems regarding gaskets and diaphragms in
the fuel system.
Propylene oxide is sold in bulk, but is generally stored cold as it will
exothermically polymerize. Not my idea of a good fuel.
