It depends on the concentration you want. If 150 ppm will do the job, call
Enmet in Ann Arbor, MI. Try www.enmet.com (I think) or email me and I'll
look up the phone no. The model I'm thinking of sells for about $1700 and
can use air as a feedstock (ie it uses UV generation).
For calibration sources for O3, start with Enmet or Thermo Environmental in
Franklin, MA (508-520-0430)
For high concentrations, check with companies that sell water purification
equipt. These need pure oxygen feed or you get NOx's in your product.
