ORGLIST: Thiophenyl radicals

Dear Colleagues;
        I'm trying to generate low concentrations of thiophenyl radicals in
solution at room temperature. I'm tempted to try either triethylborane/air
or ultraviolet, but can't find much precedent for either. Anyone got any
suggestions?
